Salted Caramel Candy Bar Cookies

They are crispy, salty, buttery and filled with little pockets of caramel and chocolate.


  • 2 C flour
  • 1 C softened salted butter
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 C brown sugar
  • 1 T milk
  • 2 C chopped candy (Rolo’s and Snickers)
  • Kosher Salt
  • 1/2 C chopped peanuts

How to:

Combine the softened butter, brown sugar and beat until light and fluffy. Add the milk and egg. Beat again. Slowly add the flour, soda and stir until combined. Stir in the chopped candy bar. Using a #12 disher (ice cream scoop) scoop onto parchment lined pans or pans lined with a silpat mat. You will fit 6 on each pan. Leave plenty of space for spreading. Top with chopped peanuts and a sprinkle of kosher salt.

Bake 15-18 minutes at 375 degrees, rotating the pan half way through. These cookies will be crispy and chewy in the center. Golden brown is the color you are looking for. Enjoy with a tall glass of ice cold milk!
