High Protein Peanut Butter Bombs


  • 1 C peanut flour
  • 1/3 C maple syrup
  • 1/2 C earths balance spread (melted) or you can use regular butter 
  • 1 1/2 C dark chocolate chips or chunks (to be melted)
  • 1 tsp kosher salt

How to:

In a food processor combine all ingredients except the chocolate chips. Process until a ball forms. Using a melon baller or a small scoop (or spoon if you don’t have either) roll the dough into a ball using the palms of your hand. Set aside and refrigerate 1 hour.

Melt the chocolate over a double boiler or in the microwave until completely melted. Remove the balls from the fridge and dip them into the chocolate using either a long handled teaspoon or chop sticks. Set them on parchment paper lined baking pan and pop them back in the fridge until the chocolate is firm (approx 30 mins)

Remove and enjoy! You can store these in the fridge or out on the counter. Wherever you think they are the safest!!

If gifting these, consider making a triple recipe. They are dense and delicious but also quite addictive.
