Easy to make tarts!

Don’t be overwhelmed by the idea of making several types of small tarts. It’s a simple way to please a crowd. Whatever makes you happy.
For the Chocolate Tart:
Ingredients:
- 1/2 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 C chocolate chips
- 1/4 C peanut butter
- 1 T chopped peanuts
How to:
Melt all ingredients (except chopped peanuts) in the microwave for 1-1 1/2 minutes. Stir until creamy and smooth. Pour directly into the graham cracker crust, top with chopped peanuts and chill in the refrigerator until firm. Makes 2 tartlets.
For the Key Lime Tart:
Ingredients:
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/4 C key lime juice
- 1 tsp key lime zest
- 1/2 can sweetened condensed milk
How to:
Mix the egg yolk on slow speed until smooth and yellow. Add the milk, key lime juice and zest. Mix until combined. Pour into the tart shells (4 of them) and bake in a 350 degree oven 15 – 18 minutes. Chill at least an hour. Top with whipped cream and enjoy!
