Chocolate Chip Snowball Cookies

Just like snow, these cookies will melt in your mouth in an instant. They are unbelievably yummy and contain only 4 ingredients! They take just a few minutes to prep, bake and eat! Use mini chocolate chips or white mini chocolate chips which would work well here too.


  • 1 C white flour
  • 1/4 C powdered sugar
  • 1 stick softened salted butter
  • 1/2 C mini chocolate chips

How to:

Whip the butter slightly in your mixer, slowly add the flour and sugar. Just mix on low speed until the dough comes together. Stir in the mini chips by hand. The dough should be dry and stiff but nice and soft.

Use a teaspoon to scoop the dough and roll into little balls. Bake 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees on a parchment lined baking pan. The bottoms should be the lightest golden brown but the rest of the cookie will look very light.

Remove from the oven and cool just a few minutes. Once you can handle the cookies, roll them in powdered sugar until they are covered. These cookies will last 2 weeks, if you can resist eating them all up by then!
